From birthdays, engagements and christenings to work dinners and end-of-year Christmas parties, we look after groups of 12 to 40 guests with generous shared banquets of homemade pasta, pizza and Italian classics from our à la carte menu.

Good to know
- Minimum 12 guests, up to 40. Groups dine in a reserved section; whole-restaurant hire is available on request (minimum spend applies and varies by night).
- Available Tuesday to Sunday evenings. Lunches and Monday functions by arrangement.
- A deposit of $20 per person secures your booking and comes off your final bill.
- Menus can be customised to suit your group, and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests can be catered for – just let us know when you book.
- Drinks are charged on consumption, or BYO wine and champagne with corkage of $5 per person.
- Bring your own celebration cake – cakeage $3 per person (we cut and serve it for you).
Booking terms
- Deposit: $20 per person is required to confirm your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit is deducted from your final bill.
- Final numbers: please confirm your final guest numbers at least 72 hours (3 days) before your booking. You will be charged for the confirmed number of guests, even if fewer guests attend on the day.
- Extra guests: additional guests on the day will be charged at the same price per person, subject to availability.
- Reducing numbers: numbers can be reduced free of charge up to 72 hours before your booking, and any excess deposit will be refunded or credited.
- Cancellations: cancellations made 7 or more days before your booking receive a full refund of the deposit, or the deposit can be transferred to a new date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.
- Menus and dietary requirements: please confirm your menu choice and any dietary requirements at least 72 hours before your booking.
- Payment: the full balance is payable on the day as one bill per booking. Sorry, no split bills.
- BYO: BYO wine and champagne only, corkage $5 per person.
- Celebration cakes: you’re welcome to bring your own cake. A cakeage fee of $3 per person applies, which includes cutting and serving.

How much is a Christmas party at Mammas and Papas?
Our shared Italian banquet menus start from $60 per person (Classico), with Tradizionale at $75 per person and Gran Festa at $90 per person. Drinks are charged on consumption.
Can we bring our own wine?
Yes – BYO wine and champagne is welcome, with corkage of $5 per person.
Can we bring a birthday or celebration cake?
Absolutely. A cakeage fee of $3 per person applies, which includes cutting and serving.
