Mammas and Papas Ristorante and Pizzeria (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our restaurant and our website, mammasandpapas.com.au, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details – your name, email address and phone number when you make an enquiry, book a function, buy a gift voucher or place an order.
- Delivery details – your address when you order delivery.
- Booking details – dates, times, number of guests, occasion and any notes you give us.
- Dietary and allergy information – only if you choose to tell us, so we can prepare your meal safely.
- Payment information – card payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Website usage information – such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies (see below).
How we use it
- To take and manage your table bookings, function and Christmas party bookings, online orders and gift voucher purchases.
- To reply to your enquiries and contact you about your booking or order.
- To cater for dietary requirements and allergies.

- To send you news, specials and offers – only if you have signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We will never sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted services that help us run the restaurant and website, and only as needed to provide them:
- OpenTable – table reservations
- GloriaFood – online ordering for pick-up and delivery
- Gift Up! and Stripe – gift voucher sales and card payments
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Maps) – website statistics and maps
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) – advertising and social media
- Our website host and email providers – to run the website and send emails
These providers have their own privacy policies and may store information outside Australia. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies – small files stored on your device – to make the site work, remember your preferences and measure visits. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our advertising.
